Sunset over rolling hills in Brown County with silhouetted trees and glowing clouds. Text reads Notes from Tanglewood Hideaway Brown County Highlights.

Ask me anything about Brown County (or anything else!) Got questions? I’ve got answers.

Coming out of Black Friday and the whirlwind of sales emails (yes, I sent a few myself), I’ll admit my inbox felt absolutely overwhelmed.

It’s got me reflecting on my approach for next year and, honestly, craving a chance to offer some good old-fashioned service instead.

So today, I want to try something a little different: I’m hosting an Ask Me Anything!

Over the last few months—fall is our busiest time in Brown County—I’ve spent a lot of time in my inbox answering questions, and I’ve loved every minute of it.

From where to get engaged (still waiting for an update on that one!) to where to find handicap-accessible parking or what shops are open on Thanksgiving, I’m here to help.

Whether you’re here because of my Map of All the Shops in Nashville, Indiana (I’ve linked it here again in case you missed it), you’ve stayed with us at the Brown County Barn Burner, or some other reason entirely, this is your chance to ask me whatever’s on your mind.

So now I’m asking—what can I help you with?

It can be Brown County-related, like planning your next visit or finding something specific in town. Or maybe you’re curious about hosting guests, owning an Airbnb, or even the business tech I use. Ask away! I’m here for it all.

In such a busy time of year, I’d love to make even one thing easier for you. No question is too big or too small. Seriously—hit reply, and let’s chat!

And remember—as I always say, you don’t have to go far to get away.

P.S. If you’re looking for a special gift this season, Nashville’s small shops have something for everyone—and many of them ship!

My Map of All the Shops in Nashville, Indiana is a great place to start if you’ll be shopping in person (maybe you’re coming this weekend for the Christkindl Market and Holiday Light Parade?).

Or, check out my post on my favorite shops—almost all of them offer online shopping. Even if you can’t make it to Brown County this December, you can still support these incredible small businesses from afar.

One of the many impressive floats in last year’s holiday light parade. If you’ll be in Nashville this Saturday, make sure to hang around until 6:30 to see this year’s parade!
